IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Open to ADULTS 18 years & older
• This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your rating
• One day event only - Saturday 5/11/24
• Diadem pickleballs will be used for all tournament play
• This charity event has a NO REFUND policy

REGISTRATION:

• Register online through TopDog begins Friday 4/12/24

FORMAT:

• Entries limited to eight (8) teams in each category/division
• Each FULL category/division will be split into two (2) groups
• A round robin will be played within each group
• each match will be one (1) game / first to 15 points (at 14-14, next point wins)
• TOTAL # of games won determines place in division/group standings
• 4th round will be the semi-final match
• Group #1 1st place vs Group #2 2nd place
• Group #1 2nd place vs Group #2 1st place
• The remaining four (4) teams will play an additional game too
• 5th round will be the finals
• Winners of the semi-finals play for overall 1st & 2nd place medal
• Remaining two (2) teams of the semi-finals will play for overall 3rd place medal
• The remaining four (4) teams will play an additional game too
• 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in each skill level division for men, women & mixed will be awarded

Tournament commitee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.

ENTRY FEE:

• $55 per player / per event
• Online payment/registration only begins Friday 4/12/24
• Entry includes a player gift (towel) and light snacks throughout the event
• IMPORTANT - This charity event has a NO REFUND policy

WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?

• The team must play in the division of the higher rated/skilled player
• Players may choose to play up if desired
• Players may not play down a level
• Players may only register for one division within their gender
• 2023 Division Winners as a pair must move up to next higher division

The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Registrtion opens Friday 4/12/24
• Registration deadline - 7:00 pm Friday May 3rd
• Draws published in TopDog by Saturday evening May 4th
• Play begins Saturday morning May 11th as early as 8:30am / 8:00am kickoff activities on site

NOTES TO PLAYERS:

• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
• Only players in the match are permitted on the court during tournament play
• Shower facilities are NOT available
• A fully stocked pro shop with apparel & other pickleball items for sale is located at the Harbour Ridge Lakeside facility
• Lakeside Cafe will be open from ?? tbd to ??tbd with refreshments available for purchase
• NO PARKING permitted on grass areas along Gilson Rd - must park in the pickleball lot or in the LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot
• 50/50 raffle & a silent auction will be held on site so bring your cash
